Hi All,
My EH is fitted with its original 149 engine and transmission. I have noticed lately that there is oil on the inside of the bonnet spread lightly around after I have used it.
The performance hasnt got worse,it starts first time every time and no other problems at all. There is no noticeable place where the oil could be coming from.
What could be causing this oil to be on the bonnet ? Could it be a serious problem if not found ?
Any help much appreciated.

Maybe leaky rocker cover gasket ? These are notorious for leaking.

Oh, and since you have an EH, have a look at the Queensland EH club forum.
