Hi there,
my 308 seems to run ok but at normal driving revs the rockers seem to be excessively noisey. I know with older motors the tappets were adjustable. Is there any way of adjusting the rocker gear on 308s?

thanks

No. Well not without maching the rocker bridges. See if you can hook up a good quality oil pressure guage and see what it reads when they are noisy. I used to run 100% synthetic oil in my 308, and it was always quiet as a mouse. The previous owner ran Mob
