i was just wondering if it was possible to put a 383 chev in a hq and still be registered. if what modifications would be needed to achieve this?

Firstly (here we go again) you mean a 377. But do you mean Chev based or a Holden based? A Chev based 377 uses a 302/327/350 LJ block with either a 400 crank with ground down mains or a specially made crank to suit the LJ block with a 3.75" stroke. A Hold
