just wanted to ask did the 71 hq sedan come with rear seat belts, because the car i bought seems to only have the two front passenger seatbelts not the rear???

Yes. A 71 HQ would definitely have rear seat belts.

if you need some new ones, Rare Spares/Auto One can get you them. all they require is the bolt size. either 7/16" or 1/2" size bolt.
