Has anyone fitted pre-pollution 308 inlet manifolds onto HZ type pollution heads ,how and what was used to block the EGR ports in the heads....just curious.

You cant do it, well at least not without welding and machining the valley cover to cover the EGR ports. Itd be easier and cheaper to change the heads. Or if you want a better valley than the pollution red, buy a KC castings manifold that is a copy of the
