Is a special tool required to undo the locking clips on the VT fuel filter lines , I had gotten one off (by fluke I think) but could not get the other off , I ended up putting it back on until I found out the correct way to remove it without busting it.
any help ?

There is a special tool for the fuel filter but you can make one.
