I know this is a how long is a piece of string type question but it is one of those kicking yourself moments that will bug me until I die type stories.Firstly just want to ask all the experts how much a two owner(Last owner 30 years), K plated Fairmont coupe, factory 4 speed, black interior all original and good with perfect wheel and good horn rubber etc, original 15x7 globes,Green(Kermit frog do not know the name)had a respray 20 years ago still looks good but owner said it could do with another one (he is the one who painted it),would be worth. This car is all original,it was my neighbours until last year when he sold it without saying anything.
Give me a few rough prices and I will let you know how much he sold it for. I am kicking hard now and have been since last year but I just need to kick a bit harder again because I still have not got over the original XY GT 72,000 miles (Customer ordered HO optioned but not complianced)that my old man would not let me get because he did not want me to borrow money for my first car in 1986. Myself and the seller were ready to do a deal at $11,000 he was desperate to sell because of work commitments and ended up letting it go for $7500. At that price I would not had to borrow anything but my old man still did not want me buying an old car and he was bitchy because he only got $1500 trade in on his XW pov pac in 76 on a cortina and could not understand what all the hype about this car was.For him they get you to A and B. Desired colour, rare factory options. Mate you really don't want to hear it unless there is some way you can still get hold of the car. OK rough guess, between $25000 and maybe $35000 with the price of coupes maybe even a lot more. Check out what coupe

Yep They are the prices I was thinking Paul and that was using some of the landfill on e-bay as a guide. The sweet thing left its owner for $10000. Some might say that is not such a bargin to miss out on but to see a car like this in unmolestered and orig
