Is there a difference between 6 cyl and 8 cyl clutch pedals in the Holden WB utes? Will a 6 cyl pedal be OK with a V8? Cheers

yes they are different, you can use the 6 pedal but you wont get full adjustment, you can modify your 6 pedal easily, i can email you pictures if you like, and the v8 and 6 clutch cables are different aswell.

I've just changed my 6cyl one to a V8 based on Marks instructions. Easy to do if you can weld. Or take it to someone who can.
As far as I know the pre cable type clutches are the same for 6 & V8.
As Mark says, you don't get the full adjus

6 and 8 are the same for HQ-WB except the later HZ's which are the same as a WB. The problem with using a 6cyl WB for V8 purposes are twofold. If you space the fork further out like a V8 one, and use the correct pivot hole (HQ-HZ don't have the top hole)
