despite playing with old donks for over 30 years, i have never changed any automobile con-rod bolts

in my old bonneville, id just wang 'em out with a copper mallet, alloy rods, nice and easy

so how do i do it in a holden or sbc ? they seem a lot tighter fit than the triumph

heat, press or hammer, it'd be good to know
