Does anyone know it there is either a manual or an automatic gearbox that will fit onto the 253 that has a smaller case. I have a 253 with a M21 4 speed and it has an very large case that hits onto the top of the tunnel on the car we would like to fit it into.
Can anyone suggest something more suitable as we don't want to modify the transmission tunnel. We are told the 320 Windsor and the C4 would fit perfectly but I'm a Holden man.
