what is the best for preformance and what are the good bad and ugly of each engine?i hear alot of people talking about the alloy head motors so does this brand the cast iron an odd ball?

the alloy head was designed for lesser fuel consumption by ford because there was a fuel crisis around 1980. plus i think the alloy head is a much better head
