Hi there
Just topped up the HJ Naro, drove home and parked up (as usual). Came out a few minutes later to a spreading pool of fuel underneath, and a steady drip from the tank.
Is there anything which usually comes loose, unseals or needs tightening in the top half of the tank that could be an easy fix. In the event of _no_ to the above, which of the HQ - WB sedan tanks will or wont fit under the back of the HJ?

Ive had similar trouble... the rubber tubes going from the filler cap to the tank, and also the overflow breathers, fall apart with age, and get cracks and holes. Not expensive... replace the hose clamps with new ones while youre at it.

yeh it could be also coming out of the filler neck due to lots of pressure in the tank. make sure the breather system is working.

Sorted. The book describes a vent system with three outlets from tank (two on right, one on left) cannisters and separators, etc. What there was is a single vent pipe running from one of the RHS outlets of the tank up inside wheel arch, then back, up ab |

Update: Almost sorted.
Full tank, parked on down slope gentle leak from middle of tank. suspect sender seal. Will drive until nearly empty this time (half full tank plurry heavy) then pull again and gunge up sender seal. take opportunity to remove w |

Hey Jabba, Brian here. Its a cheap part from Holden for the seal. Grab a couple while you are there for next time.
