Does anyone know if you get a HQ regod in NSW with a big block? All Work done and can be engineered no prob. Do Victorian eng. Cert. apply in NSW??

You didn't state what body your HQ has which makes a big difference to allowable engine capacity as the commercials have a separate chassis. Read what is written on the web site below & do the calculation on page 3.

Thanks for that Jim, It is a Statesman EX 5ltr. Work was done by John Traverna in Victoria who is happy to engineer all work done.

my neighbour put a small block chev in a HQ. told the engineer it was 396 cubes which it wasnt. someguy wanted to buy the chev. then he went 454. took it back to the same engineer and just required a engine number change. now its all legal 454.
