hiya all
how do i tell if a quadrajet was an original holden fitting ?
and if i buy a reco from hume or eagle etc, can i be sure its a rebuilt holden one, not a cobbled together "generic"
only asking after reading RUGGLES, seems all quaddy's are not created equal

Email me through my profile and I will send you a sheet that tells you how to decipher Rochestor model numbers. It will not help you if the carby has been made up of parts from several different carbies but it will give you an understanding of how to ide

How good is that book by Cliff Ruggles!!!
Cliff has a section in there for ID, there is a number designation for Export within the Q-jet ID. i can only assume this means holdens????
