Wantng to know if anyone has seen an HR ute/van with a VIN tag. the reason for asking is the VIN replaced the tag number on 1/1/68 but HR commercial continued as HK van and ute were not released until May 68.
Or can someone confirm that the HRs built in 68 still had tag numbers. (Tag number is the small plate screwed to firewall on EHJ to HR)
(We know that the HG commercials built after HQ use HQ type chassis number and engine numbering.)

No HR Van or Utes had VIN plates, same as all Holdens up to HG.
None I have seen any way and I have had more that a few.
