Ok guys how do I tell the diffeance between a EFI trimatic and a normal trimatic? Numbers? markings?

Hi witcheshollow.
The 2 letter code for a VK EFI Tri-Matic box is LR. Its on the red label rivetted to the LH side of the box.

or it is painted black and does not have a hole in the top bell housing for the EST sensor but it could have been painted by an owner so this method is a guess. it could be an early box repainted.
