i thought exhaust wrap had to be white as it keeps the heat in
theres blue one on ebay
are they any good???

yep.
The hotter your pipes are, the faster your gases will flow.
faster flow = increased HP.

Wrap starter motor too so it cranks faster , preventing heat buld up, especially on CHEV.
