I am considering taking off the door handles and putting in electric windows and door openers into my HZ Pano, but need help on what is required and what sort of parts list am I requiring.

Hey bradk, I am doing the same thing in my 98transit, but because of the cost of buying the units etc,, I am making my own, external unit, that just fixes onto side of door, and winds the window up and down via the winder stub. I am awaiting an email,

Whatever you do with the doors, there still has to be some mechanical way of opening them, whether it be a small inconspicuous push down knob or whatever. |

Hi bradk.
You can fit the electric window mechanisms from a HJ-WB Statesman or similar, they will simply bolt in. You can use factory switches & harness & they work well if fitted correctly. You can also use the factory central locking actuators from t |
