Chaseing a air con unit too suit an XB 302 SEDAN ,, needs too be in working order can any1 help cheers

from the photo it is just the incab unit, there needs to be the compressor, drier (which you must get new anyway never use a secondhand one) and the condenser the radiator bit that goes in front of the car radiator, and the hoses. This will intrude in the

thankyou john for taking the time to write in,i have restored my xb and i love it but if father christmas is listening or using fastlane please id love a working factory (or aftermarket)air con for christmas!but seriously i will pay the right money for th

After market aircon looks crap in X series falcons. Be more patient and scrounge for a factory setup and modify your dash to suit. It will look much better in the long run. (will require some minor welding and hole drilling of the firewall....and engine r |

yeah the above pic was out of an xy yeah it was one of those dealer fitted ones came out on xr to xb i think, doesnt have a compressor what ya see is what ya get $80 ono from what i know it will work fine with a compressor

Try looking for anyone wrecking an old Fairlane or LTD. many people ripped the air con compressors off their cars leaving the factory stuff still sitting behind the dash. Tnat's the stuff you need to find second hand. The rest of it you can get new.
