hi, can you buy the el thermo fan plugs individually becuse guinnings ford of kadina said you cant buy them individually and they are only on the el/xh harness which you cant buy now.
also what amperage are the thermo fans out a el model draw will they be ok on 15 amp wire to 15-30 amp fuses.
also can i take the motors out the twin el thermo fans and buy the davies craig fan motors and put in the el thermo fan casing with el thermo fan blades so the el thermo fan still looks original but has the davies craig motors instead. how can i replace the motors in the el thermo fans with davies craig motors and still keep the originl look because i want el thermo fans and i want to cover the whole radiatior using el thermo fans.
also what temperature should the thermo fans cut in ed fords at on the gauge and what temperature should the ed fairmonts run at

I have those fans on my EB. I just used individual spades to connect the wiring up no problems. I also spent a massive $5 at Jaycar to procure a normally open thermistor switch which closes at 70 or 75°C from memory.
I strapped this to my BOTTOM rad |

Actually I looked this morning and the fans pulled the temp back to just under the "N" in normal (fairmont dash)
A good way for state governments |

I can't do that to mine as the LPG converter uses that port for one of it's hoses.
If at first you don't succeed then skydiving is not for you. |
