Guys,
I have installed a Turbo400 box and used a T bar shifter from a trimatic (lever originaly on the drivers side of T Bar now swapped over to the passengers side to mach the T400), I also pinched the gearbox bracket and linkages. Upon installing these I have noticed that the throw distances are different which points out that I need to lengthen the arm on the T Bar shifter or shorten the arm on the transmission. Would someone be kind enough to give me the distances between holes for both these levers so I can modify as required.
Cheers Trev...

basketcasebear,
I think you may be right, I might have to chase up ADAM_Perth for a proper T400 T Bar and linkages. I'll wait and see first because if I get the right measurements I can quite easily modify the existing one. If I went cable, a

Hi Ya Guys,

The shifter should be fine as long as the lever is on the passenger side.

You really need to get the proper TH400 linkage on the trans and the long rod connecting them both. Or atleast grab someone elses and copy them to get it right...
