Ok i have a vl 6cyl fuel tank. Does anyone know which is the return line and what lines go to where as the tank did not come with any hoses connected including the ones on the filler neck.

The 2 small and one large tubes on the filler neck go to the connections on the top of the tank...(there should be a small plastic "reservoir" clamped to the filler neck through which the small tubes pass on the way to the top of the tank. These

Thanks for the info, there is a small line going out of the tank on the left side of the tank next to the sender, but a bit further over, is that the return?

I have a diagram of the fuel lines for a VL fuel tank (and the fuel lines if you need that). E-mail me (qute at oldholden dot com without the spaces and with the obvious change) and I'll E-mail it back to you.
