THIS IS NOT A HOLDEN QUESTION BUT I WILL TRY ANYWAY WHAT IS THE EXPECTED LIFE OF BATTERYS IN A TOYOTA PRIUS BOTH IN YEARS AND KS ? CHEERS

The warrantee from factory was 8yrs or 160000 kms and they did tests that showed in some cases a life of up to 280 000km

From what ive read of electric car batteries they slowly degrade. but with solar power houses they could then be used in the home a
If its not broke it will be soon

If you want rumble you'll no longer fit an exhaust.... you'll have to through sand in the elecric motor's bearings!

thanks for the info keith its just that i have seen used priusts for sale in sydney for 16grand 98 models 70 000 ks as you say its the cost of replaceing the batteries is the question so how much are they ? ps again i know this is a holden sight but its s

have you looked at the straight elec vehikles??
and if so what do you think?
i saw a mini elec car, and it was awesome, in power etc, but hopeless in range,,?
