i'm seeking info on 1979 vb sle 310 pack, i'm able to obtain one in vgc, however cannot locate info on the 310 pack! & unsure what price to place on this car! any suggestions. with thanx John.

A mate sold a VB SLE 5.0 in firethorn red , condition was 9/10 struggled to get $3500.

I bought one last year to get the motor out of it, and paid $800, but the body was not all that good?

What were the manual's designated? Was it the 308 pack?

306 = 4.2L manual
308 = 4.2L auto
309 = 5.0L manual
310 = 5.0L auto

Depending on what holden literature you read, some list the 308 pack as the 5L manual, and the 4.2L auto as a 307 pack, with no 309 pack!
