Hey, will be looking at a salisbury LSD to buy soon and was just wondering if you guys could help me out. What can I do to check the condition of the diff, and make sure it isnt flogged out? BTW its out of an HZ wagon and am looking to put it in my HQ statesman.

i have 2 3.08 diffs out of hz and 1 out of hx no noises befor cars stripped a in melb if interested

what tipe uoy after i have 1 hz 3.08 lsd drum 1 hx 3.08 lsd drum 1 disc hz 3.08 non lsd

What are the prices for all three? Also what disc setup does the HZ one have, and is there any difference b/w the HX and HZ diffs other then age. Are they all good condition?

The hx diff does not come stabilasor and is lsd drum brakes some bits of brakes missing 1 of the hz diffs has hz factory discs the other has had drums and is lsd also have 3.08 crown wheel and pinon ex lsd hz 160000km aprox 2 x axels ex v8 van consider o

note for above al diffs are in melbourne's westen suburbs
