If you own a HQ GTS or SS of some kind im interested to know the following:

Model:
Month/Year:
Original engine:
Tyre placard part number:
Is the glovebox original yes/no/unsure:

As many may know i have been collecting and studying tyre placards. there has be something come up about the correct/incorect placard for the HQ GTS.

Would be interested to know what one everyone has.

Will help me update my records i hope..........

It suprisingly interesting stuff isnt it.
I didnt realise that you can confirm a HQ Monaro by its 9930171 placard part number.

Is anyone going to reproduce new ones?
Theres a market for ya . . . . although a very small market.

already have reproduced them.

I collect hq-wb glovebox lids and have about 300 of them =)

my 1971 has no tyre placard??? is the correct? i thought they didnt come with one, and they wernt compulary until some time in the 80's or 90's?

suspect: the very fist hqs im told didnt have them yes. it wasnt until late 72 or early 73 that they started with them. =)

The designation of ND after a part number indicates there is NO DRAWING available in the GM files.As for the Glove Box the 1st off tool sample of the HQ Plastic one has just been supplied to Rare Spares. They should be due in 4-6 weeks allowing for final
