This great car is now sold and was picked up today. Thankyou to all that called me!!!
My mate has asked me to put his HQ coupe up for sale. He works long hours and has not got the time to answer all the questions he knows he would get if he listed it on ebay.
The car is a factory Silver with Orange stripes HQ 308 GTS M21 matching numbers car (with old rego papers to show) made in Sydney (Pagewood). The car has had all the panel work done and is in primer ready to paint. He has owned it for 15+ years and had it done the right way on a rotisserie.
The car is 98% complete with only the centre console missing and one top front window mould. All the rest of the parts come with the car to finish it.
The motor is the original one from factory (QT prefix) has had a full reco. The only thing he changed was he put VS heads on it and a new inlet manifold. It still has the original carby on it.
The gear box is the original M21 as from the factory. The diff is the original one as well.
The original set of GTS rims as with it with center caps and dress rims (all original!)
All rubbers, steering/suspension parts are new and it is in a rolling stage.
It has recoed grill, newly re-chromed bumpers, a near new looking fish scale dash, etc....
This car needs to be painted and put back together.

He is asking around the $25000 mark. I know he has spent around $10000 more than this so far on the car (this does include buying it in the first place).
