Hi all, can anyone offer some positive tips on aligned doors on a wb ute. Been fiddling around with passenger door for a few hours and bugger if I can get it aligned properly. Seems that the top needs to come out (hitting body near windscreen) but every time I try to move it out it misaligns elsewhere. Thanks in advance.

Wind the window down, put your knee up near the window sill, hang on to the top of the door then pull back and bend it. That may sound rather drastic but that was the way it was done at the Sydney Holden dealer that I worked for back in the sixties and s

Bending, twisting, jacking and slotting holes are some of the common ways on many cars. Bending and twisting is very common on welded hinge cars, like Commodores and Camiras. The hinges are welded to the body and the door, and removal is done by removing |
