how do i read the casting dates on hodledn blocks. |

Older cast dates are MDDY as per Chev format where M is a letter A=Jan, B=Feb etc I is skipped; DD is day 1 or 13 etc and Y is the last digit of the year. eg A15 is Jan 1st 65, 75 etc or B228 is Feb 22nd 68, 78 etc.
The later Holden format is DDMY with |
You only have to be in front at the end of the race. |
