My favourite topic !!

There was no VN Series II. There were several changes made during the model run & over time many people have put them all into one basket & wrongly named them Series II.

The biggest single upgrade was called the 199
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0

I was told the earlier engines had a lot of oil leaks that did not happen so much in the later engines whether series 1 or 2 ??

Dr Terry you seem to know a bit about the series I and II can the cams be changed from one to the other or even the crank? why you ask is the manual series one has broken cam but i have a realy good series II auto can these be interchanged Ta.
