Was curious on how common is antelope metallic (15940) on hj 4 door monaro's, or any model ?
Trust me, I've seen this done on TV... |

Researching paint colours Ive found every second HJ monaro seems to be painted mandarin red and every third one absinth yellow, but there are a few around seen quite a few Statesmans (a dozen) and a couple of kingas, it was also available on the HX.

Not sure about the monaros but I am in the process of restoring/modifying my ol Hq ute and it will be painted in Antelope for something different. Should set off the chrome really well I suppose. I will post more pics in "members rides"

i see ALOT of HJ GTS's in persian sand aswell. seems to have been a popular colour at the time.
