Just wanted to know how much better is the edelbrock performer manifold over the standard 308 red intake.Also are the torker manifolds any good.

Have found for general to strong street use the standard dual plane is an excellent manifold supplying good low to mid range torque and HP and the edelbbrock WASN'T noticeably better though did cost a lot more...

never noticed the diferance between the pre-polution and performer or RPM manifold. torquer is good for high end preformance big cam, big heads it has low power range. no good for a daily streeter.
Havent you learnt anything from that guy that gives sermons at church?...Captain whats his name.

Timy bit better than early red manifold. Heaps better than pollution red manifold. Torker is probably only good on a street engine if its a big cube stroker, but even then the Performer would probably be better.
