I had a guy ask me about one of these SBC castings that he had in his car.

3970010-B

i spoke to a chev numbers guy, who said: "1970 350 corvette block with hillbourne injection?"

but he wasn't 100% sure.

3970010 suits 1969-1980 350sbc could be 2 or 4 bolt, the date cast code would help narrow it down.

checkout some of the chev sites on the net there are a lot of casting number sites.
