Would anyone know or know where to find the wheel color formulas for making up Wheel silver metallic and Charcoal paints? I am restoring some GTS rally wheels and although I have the paint numbers the paint shops dont have the actual formulas to make the paint. Maybe someone knows a paint supplier with this info? DO a search on WHEEL COLOUR...in the advanced search section.
The two colours are 350 grey or charcoal, it depends on which model yur car is as to which colour you have, 71/72 use 350 grey 562 13384, 73 to HZ charcoal 222 17473.

Sorry TruBlu but I cannot find it do you know what page it is on? I have the paint numbers wheel silver metallic 17216 and Charcoal 17473 but what the supplier cannot find is the actual ingredients or formula. Thanks Cannon

If I cannot find the actual paint mix the other option is to take an original painted rim down and have it color matched, which may be a bit sketchy with fade. Also I know that masking sets are available for the rims but I dont think its rare spares? anyo
