hi, just been looking at getting a recoe'd trimatic for my 308 ute and not sure about the terminology used ( advertising hype ?)

what is a "stage 2" or "stage 3"

what is a "shift kit"

how can you have a "soft shift" or "hard shift" stage 2

what is a "fully manualised"

and finally, what is a "reverse shift pattern"

sorry if they are basics, but i really want to sort out fact from fiction
