Hi,
To pass for rego, my red-powered ek needs to either have a 2 speed wiper motor or a single speed motor that cycles higher than 45rpm.. and a cycle is over and back.. Im keen to find out what other people have done to remedy this? does anyone know what wiper motors will be compatible? and is it possible to simply attach a resistor to the current motor thus creating another speed slower than the standard speed? Thanks for your help..

Have bolted a HQ - HZ type straight into an FC. Just had to drill a coulpe of holes and fill the old ones. Nice and compact and clears the red motor. Can then use intermittent unit from HX/Z if you are a bit adventurous.

Paul,

I have a Ford wiper motor that apparently will fit with very little modification, it's a 2 speed Preslite unit. Happy to sell it, $15 + postage will get it. Please email [email protected] if interested, can provide a photo too.
