hey is there any real benefit to converting a vn 3.23 (i think)disc brake diff to go into my wb tonner.stud pattern aside.it seems like a lot of work for not much gain.are they stronger better etc...i have a bloke offering to do it.its either that or a 3.08 ratio change in my original v8 salsibury.

do it. easy conv. stronger, 4 pin centre, not a 2 pin and VN should be 3.08 anyway. you will have to convert tailshaft to commodore flange. so keep vn tailshaft 1/4 inch narrower diff than sailsbury. He who hesitates, -Masturbates. Edited by user Saturday, 3 May 2008 2:27:09 AM(UTC)

cheap enough too, $50?. most are left to go to scrap.
verses around $450 for a 3.08 ute / van sailsbury now.
