my v8 commodore seems to of run out of oomph.it hesitates off the line and if ya put ya foot down it almost dies.does anyone know what the problem could be?

Check to see if there are any fault codes. There should be a loose wire under the glove box. Earth it, and then watch you check engine light (with ignition on, but not running). The light will flash. If it flashes once then twice, repeating, then there ar

I had the same problem. turned out to be a really dirty fuel filter and rootd leads
