I am interested in finding information regarding the HQ Base Model Monaro 80437. I have read on this site that the base model HQ coupe 80437(V8) are rare. Is this because not many were made or have these models been wrecked/trashed/modified over the years and not many left.
How many Monaro's base model 80437 were made?

there are no exact figures on seperate luxury levels kept at time of manufacture, so no idea of how many were built, but yes they were often the first to see the wreckers or moded, the last 80337 or 80437 for sale was on ebay about 2 years back, seems to |

What would be a reasonble price to pay for a HQ base model 80437, with the original 253 engine, interior and very clean body with only a small amount of rust in the bottom of the front guard?
The only info i could find was on the monao traders web pag

anywhere from $10K up, you have to keep in mind it's not a GTS or LS so this do's affect it's price, but basically it's your money so pay what you think is fair, I know of a dealer who has 3 80337's in varying condition, his start at $16K, which personall |
