Thought i would put in my own HQ topic, great responses, will be good for points for the next auction??

YAY for Mingswoods and Selmonts! If you want a car that every man and his dog owns it's the way to go!

The big plus is that you can buy 2 Mingswoods for the price of a HK 6" rim

Bloody silly concept i thought. I'm used to the Ford v's Holden squabbling which amuses me no end for i like both and really can't say which camp i belong in. I have a Ford and the choice is simple...My missus has a holden but if she had a ford then i'd h

It is auguable, that the hq holden is probably the most notable of australian motoring icons?
now please everyone dont! I repeat,,"dont", jump in with, the arguments against this!!
their are many aus cars, that are just as notable, fj, eh, x

I vote HQ. I've owned HQ De Villes, Premiers and a Kingy wagon. Also a HK Kingy. Lovely car, but a generation behind the HQ.

Why? The HQ gives you a better front suspension, coils all round (Falcon wagons STILL have'nt managed this trick) Vented disc
