does anyone know of anyone who does a rack and pinion conversion kit for an xp falcon and had any success with them? i currently have the castlemaine rodshop one (vk commodore rack). i am running a single and a double uni and a support bearing but the angle of the uni's is still to aggresive so one of the uni's bind slightly when turned from lock to lock. i know rrs do one but from memory they are very pricey. is there any other options? thanks.

CRS & RRS are the only ones off the shelf. There is at least one US mob that are modifying their setup to suit RHD but not sure on a time frame. Everyone I know who has attempted a CRS one pays for it in the long run and turns out to be close to the RRS p

Adrian Seelenmeyer in Castlemaine Vic does an L300 front end conversion for 1960-1966 Falcons but I can't tell you if this includes the L300 rack or not. One phone call to him will confirm though 03 5472 3610

He advertises it in Just Parts magazine so I presume it's a working kit.
