I,ve been a member of this site for a while now and have noticed that having anonymous posters seems to cause a few problems.What do you guys reckon should people have to become members before posting on this site.My opinion is they do but it would be good to hear what everyone has to say.

Although i too am fed up with the mindless trolls, i feel it's important for those average aussies who are not really into cars and break down or just wish to know something straight away. they find fastlane and post their problem and in no time they are |

Get tired of reading idiot replies from anon posters. Plus still gives genuine people a chance to ask a question.

I also agree with Byron and Sandman.
Until this happens I suggest that members just ignore the trolls. If no one takes the bait they will get bored and just move on. Trolls have destroyed many very good forums on the net and people with knowledge on wh

i think anonmous posters should be allowed.
I personally like being able to post a reply, without anybody knowing who I am.

On second thoughts, after browsing through forum and reading a number of halfwit posts from anon posters, just ban them altogether.
Set up forum so have to be a member before you can post.

I believe if your a true holden fan you would really want to be a member anyway.As wildshotz said that if we could remove these halfwitt replies from the forums it would be a good start.

I am usually pretty quick to remove the half-wit posts - especially the ones last night about Dusty/Rusty.
However, I still get abused for deleting drivel!
It's a fine line to walk - do I leave it, or do I delete it?
I spent over half an hour rem |
