I'm looking at getting extractors and cold air intake on my 95 vs ss. I've just had the exhaust from the cat back done - 3inch s/s manta with single muffler, is it worthwhile putting in a high flow cat? Does anyone have any advice for brands/type of extractors and cold air intake for max performance?

Most places have told me the high flow cats are really no better than the stock Holden ones. I would have gone with a twin system with twin cats. I have H&M headers on mine. Probably the only thing i had dramas with was the tight fit. As for the cold

Once you have fitted your cold air intake and extractors, you should also fit a knock sensor with HSV patch harness and the 185kW memcal. Then you will really get the benefits of the money you have spent.
