Now I need to know the sequence the that head bolts are done up again, plus the tension. The same goes for the intake manifold bolts. Is there any websites that can show me the way it is done?? or can someone here tell me?? cheers

The easiest way to remember how to tension head bolts, is to start at the middle 2 opposing bolts and tension them down. Then working in a clockwise direction spiralling outwards from those 2 bolts, tension the rest. Sorry...can't tell you if

Textbook suggestion is to torque to 35-40 foot-pounds on the first pass and then to 60-70 on the second and repeat the second pass.
