I am hoping you have the answer to a question recently asked by Hazzard here http://www.fastlane.com....opic.asp?TOPIC_ID=16851
and further discussed here http://www.fastlane.com..../topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=659

The question being why is there two types of front outrigger on the K-T-G front crossmembers ? The normal or common ones have slots or holes in the sides but there has been a few (HT-HG) known to be solid with no cut outs. Would you know why this is please ?
