Could somebody please tell me if there is a difference between LC and LJ GTR front seats, apart from headrests and trim colours. Any help would be appreciated.

YES the trim pattern and shape is diff, the frames are the same however the spring and paddig is very diffent, the LC uses springs to give th shape of the seat where as the LJ uses molded foam
you can use either seat in either car,mounting wise
however
