I have a vs s2 ute. Was looking on ebay and saw a a lockable fuel cap for it. Getting approval from the treasury and started a discussion that the petrol lid/flap should lock when the car is locked.Tested as you always do but didn't. My wife telling me on her parents mercedes that the car had to be unlocked to open the lid. Does anybody what the g o is.

If there is a petrol flap lever on the floor near your seat then it should be locked until this is lifted, if it opens with out lifting this you might have to adjust the catch in the filler area or it may be broken.
