Having a chat with a mate the other day and he was saying the 63 XL came out with a 4 speed as an option. Can anyone shed any light on this. Who made it and where can I find more info.

Don't know about the XL but I wrecked a XM many years ago with a 4 speed, I think it was BW, don't know if it was original though

The XL only had 3speed or 2 speed fordomatic auto witch was water cooled.
