has anyone here put a chev into LC LJ torana i asked on the torana forum with no results after a few weeks. i had a good response to my 308 into LC so now i just wanna see whats involved with a chev conversion as i have a few people trying to talk me outa the holden as chev they say fit easier and cheaper to make go fast.

grind and weld the lips on the front end,the outriggers that bolt up to the chassis rails to clear starter on RHS,you can also do the left side,as this will make it easier to do a 308 swap later if you like, and will help with oil filter area clearance on
