what are the LS1 standard EFI engine and tremac 6 speed like i heard these engine either wear out fast or last for a long time? i have had good and bad feedback. and how do you go about puting this combo into a HX tonner. my bro inlaw is still deciding what engine he wants he knows he wants manual but wants either 5.7 efi or 5 litre efi. any info would be great on fitting this to a tonner. he was thinking the carby fed 355 but has decided on standard for fuel reseason as it a daily driver.

any box that is turbo pattern will bolt to the LS1. T5s were bolted to injected 5.0L V8s which were all turbo pattern.
